Shipping, Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Please know, if you have any issues with your order, we'll work hard to make it right. 🙌

We have a highly trained team of experts (who also happen to be amazing) who are standing by to help you out with your order. That's Stacey, Kim, Montsi and Katie ~ they've all had years of experience in Customer Care and they genuinely want to help you and your order in any way they can.

To return an item to us, please let us know within 14 days from receiving your order ~ just send an email to Stacey@Zaggora.com.

Shipping

All orders are shipped, tracked and delivered by WNDirect. Delivery is free over $125 AUD.

When you place an order, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Items purchased at full price

If you wish to return new, unused and unopened items, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorisation number (RMA) and you will have another 14 days to ship the items back to us. Please note that the items will need to be shipped back to the UK. Once we receive your items back in our warehouse please allow up to 10 days for them to be processed. After that we will process your refund within 14 days. 

Please note that if we do not receive your items within 14 days of the RMA being provided or your items arrive in a damaged condition (as inspected by our warehouse) we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange. 

Items purchased on an offer

Any items bought with a coupon, discount, or any other offer are not eligible for a refund and are final sale. We can offer exchanges into different sizes should your item bought on an offer does not fit and if there is nothing you like to exchange into at that particular time we would be delighted to offer store credit for a purchase at a later date.

Unwanted items

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning to us items which have been shipped to you in error, we would gladly cover the shipping cost of those back to our warehouse and the shipping cost of the correct item to you. 

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within a few calendar days of your item being received in our warehouse. We will honour all refunds if you let us know within 14 days of purchase and when the item is received back it is in a saleable condition.
