Zaggora is based in London, creating everyday luxury fashion and accessories - with a rock chic look. Started in 2011, we’ve been supported by over 1 million customers in 143 countries around the world.

Our customers pay up to 60% less than luxury retail because we're more efficient. We don't have expensive stores on Bond Street or Madison Avenue and we don't advertise in Vogue magazine. Because our costs are lower, the price you pay is for the product - not for our overheads.

We believe the link between price and quality for fashion is broken. Why? Because in fashion, there are too many intermediaries all adding layers of cost, which gets passed down to you. We’re here to change that, delivering better design and quality at a better price. We can do this because we work hard at being efficient. We've spent years optimising our supply chain to take out middle-men. We go directly to source on manufacturing and fabrics. We minimise transportation expenses. We do not work with wholesalers, distribution agents and sourcing agents who all add cost. All this means that the price you pay for every Zaggora product is for the quality, not for our inefficiencies.

All of our styles are tasteful and our shapes are timeless, but always on trend. We love thoughtful details, clean lines and neutral tones. We design and make our styles in Europe, in-house and with a careful attention to detail.

Our in-house London design team draws on inspiration from the Rock culture, the arts and the runway to create inspired, versatile pieces for modern living. The design team regularly visit art galleries, work with artists and draw inspiration from the creative arts when designing styles.

We also work collaboratively with customers to engineer optimal fit and feel using the finest fabrics. Since 2011, we’ve worked with the best crafts people around the world to source and construct technical pieces.

Every product starts with an idea based on customer feedback. Ideas are drawn and sketched by hand and brought to life in house by cutting and fitting each piece. We test wearability and fit extensively with multiple testers to ensure our products work on all body types, big and small.

We are one of a handful of brands to offer a broad size range of 9 sizes - from US 2 (UK6) to US 18 (UK22). We also regularly visit all of our production facilities and we only work with partners who uphold the highest ethical standards and produce the finest craftsmanship. Every style is tested on fit models and 'real women' before going into production. After release, we continue to gather feedback from customers to make further iterations as necessary.

We manufacture all of make our styles in house and with partners in Europe. We have hand selected manufacturing partners who have the highest standards of craftsman ship and demonstrate the maximum attention to detail. We also source our fabrics in Europe, from family owned fabric mills in Turkey, Italy and Portugal.

Our production team in Europe visit our factories every week to coordinate production, quality test products and work collaboratively to ensure the finest fit and feel of every garment. We sample every product in multiple sizes before production to ensure the best possible fit and feel on every size.

Since we got started in 2010, we’ve listened to customers. We’re always trying to improve our designs and products with you in mind. We regularly test both fit and feel on multiple customers and testers with different sizes and shapes to ensure versatility.

Where ever possible, we use natural materials like Merino, Econyl and Organic cotton. For instance, non-organic cotton is one of the most treated crops on the planet.

For 1 pound of raw cotton in the US, 1/3 pounds of synthetic fertilizers are used. 1 pound of raw cotton is roughly used to make a single t-shirt. In just one year in 2011, more than 2.03 billion pounds of synthetic fertilisers were used on cotton in the USA alone.

Conventional cotton also utilises between 3 and 5 times more energy to produce than organic cotton. Organic cotton is superior to conventional cotton in terms of increasing biodiversity, mitigating climate change by elimination of intensive fertilizers, reducing water contamination and consumption, preserving soil quality and reducing energy requirements. It’s also very soft on your skin making it good for you and good for nature.

We have fulfilment operations in Bristol, UK and in Ohio, USA that serve all online orders. Most orders are fulfilled same day, Monday through Friday. Customers can choose between delivery services at checkout, but all are fully tracked and traceable in transit so you know where they are. We work with UPS and DHL globally to manage our logistics operations.

Every order package we dispatch is fully trackable by customers. After each order is fulfilled by the warehouse team, we'll email you the confirmation with the tracking link from the carrier so that you can see where your order is at all times. In the UK, customers will receive a separate email from the delivery courier to choose a delivery time or change delivery address to one that is most convenient for you.
